Find Something or Someone To Keep You Motivated To Raise Effort Levels!
Me and my wife joined a new Gym in Sydney and it really got me motivated and thinking a lot about what it takes for success with your body.
Now i'm a person who hasn't been a member of a gym for a very long time mainly because I can use the one where we train some of our clients out of but also I love just working out at home and in the park.
My main focus is running for my sport so its easy for me to do my strength workouts before or after a run as well as you really don’t need much equipment for a great effective workout.
Any way back to the story, this gym is amazing, it has everything you could think of, pools, gym, saunas, awesome muffins (post work out) plus a large out door area to train equiped with monkey bars which is perfect for my obstacle racing programming.
This makes me feel re-motivated to aim higher, find a new level of health and progress with my training.
So when guys get started with our programs it is usually the same thoughts and feeling going on in their mind.
New program, new trainer, new accountability, new support, new exercises and a new belief that my back with be fixed and ill be fitter, stronger and pain free, yippee!
It’s always all the mental stuff that makes us go harder and put in the effort.
The effort is what we need for success.
It can be a new gym, a new program a new mentor what ever it takes to shift the mind in there right direction to allow us to raise the effort level for success.
So come on guys I know you can do it, get into a structured program for success and raise your effort level to new heights like me!
