BRING THE JOY
Welcome to the 29 new clients in November who joined the program.
I've discovered in life it is important to learn to bring the joy daily.
There’s so many small things in life that add up to make such a big difference.
If we bring the joy to our day, we gonna be more positive and focused on what we truly want to achieve.
Recently in our house, we got an early Christmas present with our new dog Lola.
You can see how stoked my son is!
It’s been a great learning experience as it’s my first dog too.
Life is a learning experience and it's our decision whether to take it on or not.
The kids are absolutely over the moon and fell in love straight away with our new family member.
But there are lots of lessons to be learned now to keep her healthy and train her with good habits.
She just wants to keep biting and chewing everything.
She wants the wee on the floor, and she whines during the night.
Now in relation to back pain, this can be quite similar- we are up and about at night time or uncomfortable in any new environment and things just don’t seem to be getting any better.
Lola struggled for the first few nights. Then she started to improve, and she got better and better at what she had to learn- she began to figure it out, just like your back!
Lola was in a new routine and a new place.
What approach is best for back pain?
When we bring joy, we bring focus, and we bring high positivity to our lives.
This is going to keep us in check and keep focused on our big goals.
Picture big goals of what we truly want to achieve, and if that’s what we want to fix- our back- then we just have to go for it and stay positive towards those goals.
So I challenge you to bring the joy this December in this Christmas season.
Focus on what you truly want coming into the New Year and block out all the negativity and the things that you feel a holding you back because YOU know you can do it.
Just like Lola- she slowly started to sleep through the night, and now she's settled in and is a true new family member.
Bring the joy and find an approach that works for you and just go for it!
